Zero Co-pay, Zero Deductible Coverage for Urgent and Primary Care Needs - Without the Wait of the Traditional Clinic Model
As health insurance costs continue to rise, high deductible plans have become more and more common. According to eHealthInsurance, for unsubsidized customers in 2016, "premiums for individual coverage averaged $321 per month while premiums for family plans averaged $833 per month.
The average annual deductible for individual plans was $4,358 and the average deductible for family plans was $7,983." That means that, last year, the average family paid $9,996 for coverage alone, and, if they met their deductible, a total of just under $18,000.
The RHS near-site clinic based program, located at 6403 Patterson Parkway, offers an efficient alternative for primary and wellness care through its direct model. For a flat monthly fee paid by the employer, the employees (and their family) receive unlimited access to a provider for all primary, urgent, and wellness care needs with zero copays and deductibles.
Through South Central Kansas Medical Center, RHS is now capable to offer such unique healthcare concept to the employers of Cowley County, KS and their employees.
Members receive integrated, cloud based access to medical records and wellness profiles.
With a focus on wellness and preventative medicine, our goal is to keep you from ever getting sick. However, life happens and whether it’s a sore throat, sprained back, or minor cut, you can say good-bye to the long waits to get into the doctor’s office.
RHS providers are available when you need them and offer both face-to-face office consults as well as urgent care tele-medicine access for after-hours needs.

Delivering patient-centered, excellent primary, urgent and preventive healthcare, including workers’ compensation and occupational medicine.
For Employers: Our focus on excellent healthcare, on operational and cost discipline and on value-based pricing for each of our clients, delivers consistent results: a healthier workforce and a financially stronger employer.
For more than twenty years, the RHS comprehensive healthcare program has delivered to employers of any size a healthier workforce, lower medical claims, and cash returns on investment.
RHS believes that it is in the best interest of our society as a whole, of each employer, and of each individual to purchase primary and preventive healthcare directly from a healthcare provider. In fact, the current system, whereby primary and preventive healthcare is purchased indirectly through a healthcare insurance policy is estimated to add administrative costs of $40 for each $100 spent in primary healthcare.
When primary and preventive healthcare are purchased directly by an individual or by an employer, on behalf of the population on its healthcare plan, wonderful things happen:
• The unit cost of the primary care purchased goes down;
• The volumes of primary care purchased go up;
• The likelihood of catching early preconditions and conditions, before their severity and associated costs escalate to much higher levels goes up;
• Over time, the individual and the population health risks go down; and therefore
• The all-in cost of healthcare goes down.
